Giving Tuesday 2025

written 12/3/2024

After so much hype around Black Friday and Cyber Monday comes Giving Tuesday (today!).

Though our society focuses so much energy on buying, your philanthropy to Biking for Babies shows that giving is important to you, and that renewing the culture of life is a victory worth fighting for.

Will you make a donation today to Biking for Babies, so that more young adults will have the opportunity to fight for the same victory.

Check out Joe’s story below to see what kind of impact you can have on young adults like him, and through them, on families facing unplanned pregnancies and the broader culture.

You can even donate through your company’s matching gift opportunity or via stock (instructions here).

As a third-year missionary, Joe G., father of two sons (plus one in utero!), has found Biking for Babies to be a mission where he can best live out the Gospel of life:

“I still don’t consider myself a biker, but have probably ridden a couple thousand miles at this point. It’s not an activity I’d choose to do in my spare time, but I think that’s in the spirit of this mission – missionaries choosing to place themselves in non-ideal situations for the sake of the real and spiritual renewal of the culture. I keep coming back because I can.

St. John Paul II’s homily on the Feast of the Assumption 31 years ago, which inspired the initial missionaries to start Biking for Babies in 2009, is all the more relevant today: “Young pilgrims, Christ needs you to enlighten the world and to show it the “path to life” (Ps 16,11). The challenge is to make the Church’s “yes” to Life concrete and effective. The struggle will be long, and it needs each one of you.” (read more)

Any financial contributions you make today (and until the end of 2024) will be used to cover formation-related expenses for our next cohort of young adult missionaries, like Joe. Thank you for giving today and changing lives!

I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday and your December is off to a great start. Christmas will be here before we know it! Come, Lord Jesus!

God bless you,
