Only 15 years ago, this mission started with two college students, their conviction to defend life, and their interest in cycling.
Now, over 250 young adults have participated, over 150 pregnancy resource centers have been supported, over 35,000 miles have been cycled, and over $2 MILLION has been donated to help families facing unplanned pregnancies ($415,000 in this year alone!).
Your involvement in this mission has made that impact a reality. Thank you for being such an integral component of this great work.
With Year 15 completed, it’s time to look towards the next 15 years, starting with the 2025 season. Recruiting efforts for new young adult missionaries and pregnancy resource centers have begun. Please share this recruiting link with any young adults you think might be interested in learning more! God may have great things in store for them by joining this mission opportunity, like Maria, whose story is below.
Maria came to understand authentic joy.
“I found that my joy was multiplied on the National Ride. I would say I am a joyful person in general, but on the National Ride I felt so full of joy. There was so much joy to be experienced in the suffering as well. Riding almost 600 miles is hard. Spending the week with people you have never met in person before is hard, but the joy shared during the days on the bike, in the support crew van, with the host families, and strangers you meet along the way— I don’t think anything compares to it.” (read more)
If you’ve already donated in 2024, know that you have been an integral part of this mission this year, including forming young adults like Maria and allowing us to give $415,000 to our pregnancy center partners.
I think you understand the way this mission gives young adults an active role in renewing the culture of life, especially through their partnerships with pregnancy resource centers.
With the end of the year approaching, it’s crucial to raise the funds needed to cover formation-related expenses for the next cohort of young adults so that they, too, can take greater responsibility for renewing the culture.
Would you consider making a donation–or another donation–as part of your end-of-year philanthropy?
