Keep the wheels spinning!

So often we get stuck in this false-reality, where we are led to believe that we live in the worst of times.  This is a Lie from hell and a trap that prevents us from moving forward.  Yes, many of our brothers and sisters have been deprived of the most basic, fundamental, and beautiful gift.  Yes, we live in a world that does not uphold to the dignity of the human person in too many dishonorable, unauthentic, inconsiderate and superficial ways.  And, yes, we live in a relativistic culture that claims we are all okay… when inside and out many are dying or dead.  Yes, times are hard.

God’s response:  “That is why I created you!  That is why you are here.  There is no better time than NOW.  You were intended and My timing is perfect.  You are purely, beautifully and unconditionally loved.  Follow Me and embrace life in all its goodness.  Trust in Me and know that I am with you always.”

As we coming to a close on this YEAR OF FAITH and conclude another year of riding, I would like to share some reflections from a pastoral letter written by our beloved Pope Francis on the topic of faith.  Remember Faith requires action and “the only thing that counts is faith expressing itself through love.” – Gal 5:6

“Crossing the threshold of Faith…

…challenges us to discover that we know that the sorry condition of our world can and must change, once and for all.  For, ‘if God is for us, who is against us?’

…it implies feeling no shame in retaining the heart of a child.  While continuing to believe in what is impossible, a child can live with hope, which is the only thing that can give meaning to and transform history.

…it implies celebrating life, letting ourselves be transformed because we have become one with Jesus in the Eucharist.”

We are a believing people.  The question is do we truly believe what we say we believe?  It is a ‘yes’ or ‘no’ question.  ‘Maybe’ is insufficient!

Furthermore, do we walk with confidence and joy-filled hearts considering the the reality of His victory?  Jesus Christ triumphed over satan.  Jesus Christ destroyed death and restored our hope for a better future.  THIS IS GOOD NEWS!  This is reality.  This is truth.  This is worth sharing.

Pray to our Mother, she will present our request to Our Lord for the grace to walk with confidence.  As Pope Francis exhortated, Mary, our loving mother, helps us “to see problems realistically and not get lost in them, but to confront them with courage.”  Be encouraged and always remember that LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL!

Thank you for all who have and continue to share in this mission.  You are blessed and we appreciate you sharing your blessing with God’s children.
