Finished up a good day of workouts–3 mile run in the a.m., then a 9 mile fartlek run in the p.m.; Got the semi-official route mapped out today. Things are starting to fall into place. Definitely still need everyone’s support. Saw the video that the Stephen Barany made today. It is awesome. Can’t wait for that to be posted online. Everyone definitely needs to check out the fine work this gentleman did. I’ll be heading home this week in order to spread the message at my home parish down in southern Illinois.
