A Women’s Care Center, Madison
On January 18th, WOMEN’S CARE CENTER-MADISON opened its doors directly across the street from the Planned Parenthood abortion facility at 3706 Orin Rd. Our goal is to counsel and empower mothers giving them the opportunity to choose life for their babies.
WOMEN’S CARE CENTER-MADISON is the eighteenth facility of its kind in the United States. Last year these facilities served 16,731 women who made 67,820 visits. Our inviting appearance and signs for free ultrasounds and pregnancy testing draw women to our door and once inside, they are met by caring staff. It is here that we provide them an opportunity to choose life for their babies, deliver healthier babies, develop parenting skills and take the first steps to self sufficiency. We promise to walk with them in their time of crisis, throughout their pregnancy and even during the struggles of parenting.
Women’s Care Center staff empowers these women by offering free classes and/or one on one- counseling in prenatal care, the birth process, infant and child care, and independent living skills. We help them find the resources they need in the community as well so that they can achieve goals such as completing their education, acquiring job skills or better housing and we provide material assistance through our “Crib Club” program.
Ultimately our goal is to love and serve every mom and baby we see unconditionally and at no cost to her.
